Post swapping a 700r4 with a turbo 350 on 4x4 chevy

I have a 1986 chevy 4x4. The 700r4 that is in it now is shot. I want to put 350 in it but the tail shaft on the one i had ordered is to short. Is there an adapter i can get if so where can i get one. I am new and love site, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Trucklover, Call this number 1 800 940 0197 ask for Kevin or Wes Tell them what you want to do there is a kit that has the spacer you need,and cut the output shaft your self or you can get the kit with the output shaft and the spacer.

Thanks Lou, but one of us is confused. Why would i cut the output shaft on the 350 if it is already to short?? Please post again if i am the one who is confused. Thanks again. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">
