Synthetic oil rating

Found some Mobil 1 high mileage full synthetic 10w40 with an API rating
SL/CF and one they call 4 cycle racing oil full synthetic 10w40 rating SH/CF
would either be a good oil for a circle track flat tappet engine.

SH rating will have the zinc needed for a flat tappet cam.

Thanks for the info.
Come to find out My brother is an Amsoil dealer and I didn't even know it. I rememberd that he has used Amsoil for a long time now so I called him and one thing led to another, looks like I ill be using Amsoil racing oil this race season. I will post my thoughts and seat of the pants results.
Thanks for all the good info guys.
