Well, i don't have much concern about being respected. If i'm wrong about something, i want to hear about it. Don't worry about "embarassing" me or anything like that. I'm more interested in correct data. A certain measure of respect just goes with the territory, but nobody is perfect. If i screw up it is better that someone point it out, especially if it could cost another person extra work, or cause people to misunderstand how something functions. You see, if i am embarrassed, it only lasts a day, but if someone walks away with a wrong understanding, it could stay with them for a lifetime.
If in time some people come to respect me, it will be because i have a deep passion to understand how and why things work, and most of the time, i'm very accurate in my perception.

and while we're on the subject Mr Moderator.. please don't ever delete or remove a msg because someone is jumping in my face, unless of course he has absolutely nothing on the positive side to contribute. I'm a big boy and can ignore him or defend myself. But, if there is any good data in his message, thats more important to me.

< boy! i guess i open a pandora's box with this one! i.e., "Boy! that Dean is a real horses *****, and by the way... my 2-3 feed hole is .147" ! >
