Ok so i just talked to a trans shop and I think we figured it out. I have heard of people taking the springs out behind the vacumm module so when i saw nothing there when i had the pan off last night I didn't think much of it. What i didn't pay attention to was that there was no valve there either. Stupid mistake on my part but thats what you get when you are inexperienced as I'am. I have a valve on the way and am crossing my fingers. Love learning the hard way. I will repost once i have installed the vacuum module valve.
