t-350 snap ring removal problem - question
I'm in the middle of a th350 rebuild. I'm trying to get the retaining snap ring for the rear clutch spring out, and I cant. Maybe its my bad snap ring pliers, maybe I need a better tool. Anyhow, I have the clutch springs compressed (with the compressor tool) and am having trouble getting this ring out. Anyone have a tool/better method for doing this?

you need a pair of 90% snapring pliers , it is still hard to remove sometimes . here is a pic of the snapon pliers I use everyday
 just a random screen from net . hope this helps you out .

iF YOU'RE REFERING TO THE LOW/REVERSE SPRING PACK (IN THE CASE), YOU'LL NEED A SPRING COMPRESSOR TO COMPRESS THE SPRING, BEFORE YOU CAN GET THE SNAP RING OUT...
