T-350 Transmission keeps blowing seals

Hey guys I have a TH350 and I'm having issues with it. At first, it blew the rear driveshaft seal. Then, it started leaking fluid out of the yoke so I sealed it and now it blew the shifter shaft seal. I have a lokar trans dipstick on it and no overflow valve, just a hole where it should be. I tried sticking a screwdriver in the hole to see if maybe it was clogged but I'm not getting very far in without hitting metal. So now I want to know does anyone know how the overflow valve works or how it's routed in the transmission? Does it make a 90 degree angle? What keeps blowing the seals in my transmission?

The case vent is probably plugged.

But there is no line sticking out. When I do stick something in the hole, it only goes so far before it stops and hits something metallic
