T-350 will not move my car

350 turbo rebuild at a shop 4 yrs ago. Let it set around till car was ready. Trans got a shift kit and myself and a couple buddies stabed the converter.2500 stall. Got the wireing done and the car started and ready to roll. *** it wont go into gear. I rev it up and it tries to go a little in drive and Reverse. Did I stab the converter wrong and burn up the pump. Or could there still be hope?

yeah you deffinatly need to make sure you filled up the torque converter with fluid at least 8 quarts for sure, and with it being a stall, its gonna need more gas to get it rolling.........and make sure you filled the rest of the tranny up as well......
