T-350c ; bad governor?
i have th350c i just put a new 4k stall in and now i cant shift out of 1st. when i try to shift manually to sec the motor bogs and the tires brake. i took the governor out and the gears look a little chips on the side and the top part is cut on what side but its a perfect cut i dont know is this how it comes from the factory

Motor should never bog with a 4k stall in there. What do you need such a loose converter for?

Sounds like you might have the wrong torque conveter.
IIRC the standard 350 conveter wont work with a 350c trans. Probably is not ported correctly and applying the 1-2 band and direct clutch at the same time. Just a guess.

I can only assume the trans worked OK before you changed the converter. IDK . Assuming this I would say the converter has a hydraulic leak bleeding over causing the issue.
