T-400 creeps forward in neutral @ 3000rpm
What would cause a 400 to slowly move vehicle forward in neutral when the engine is revved to about 3000k. Full manual with reverse pattern and a 4000 stall. Shift linkage appears to be adjusted correctly. Thanks in advance for any help.

Clutch clearance too tight or a Crossleak from somewhere.
What's the history on this Trans?
