T-400 tranny
What's the difference between a th400 and thm400 valve body's? And if there is any, would it take the same rebuilt kit? Thanks

th and thm stand for turbo hydromatic not many changes threw the yrs
64 was single range 65-66 had a varible stall speed converter then in 87 they added a extra check ball but for the most part there the same from 67-87 some shift firmess calibration was diffrent from vehicals 87 -90 had a difrent valve body and seperator plate

what kit are u looking at band m goes from 87 back i think trans go is for all yrs
