t-5 swap

how much work is it to put a nonworld class t-5 from a 85 camaro in a 70 chevelle. original 350 th350 car. pedle hydrolics and everything. to work it or is it hard. can it be converted easly to manual linkage.
If nothing else i will put manual valvebody and and everything on the autotranny

manual swap

Installation of the tranny is basically R&R..using the camaro bellhousing..the clutch linkage and pedals I woudl look for a chevelle that had a stick in it and grab the bracketry pedals and linkage from that..then it is a matter of hooking up the clutch so it works..Shifter should come with the tranny if you got it from a yard..

I am not sure on the driveshaft if that is the correct length or not..guess you will find out..

Very doable and common type of swap..I have done this sort of thing on Fords..the basic deal is the same on a chevy..
