T.B.I. and a Whipple supercharger

hey everyone, been away for awhile but the "build something bug" has bitten me again. so im able to get some neat parts for good money and wanna build this idea. whipple has/had a supercharger that bolts directly to the tbi flange on the intake and the tbi just bolts directly to the back of the housing sideways. kinda goofy looking in my head but whatever. my question is what the hell is the computer gonna think about this...? the throttle body wont see the boost but the O2 will see the aftermath(hopefully no hard parts) so can i just get away with a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator and a MSD BTM or what? (the entire fuel delivery system is already getting replaced with aftermarket intank pump and sending unit, filter, new larger lines and cell in the bed of the truck) thanks in advance for any info!

I dont recall any special electronics with he Whipple kits, but they did include a new PROM with their kits.
The horsepwoer from those kits was unremarkable on a stock engine.

thanks truckguy! just spend bout 2.5 hours reading what others have done... seems that a chip is in order... this will be my first endeavor with building a motor and fuel injection... just seems better to stick with the tbi cause thats what is already there and im not trying to spend to much on this..
my idea was to use a set of vortec heads and i have a crossram intake. cam selection i wasnt sure about yet. as ive been looking at cams i see some listed as non computer controlled. im unsure as to what makes a cam not able to be used on a computer controlled engine... so any ideas on that... i was wanting something over .500 lift so i know the spring pockets on the vortecs will have to be machined to go that high... just found a comp stick with 114* and .500 lift... so that might be the unit, and says its for computer controlled motors... 270AHR if i got that right
