T Buckets

Hi all, I'm Rick Steeves from east Canada. My son & I build Toyota's for off-road, but we would like to build a T bucket, but there is no info around here about them, does anyone have any info on building one? Anything would be great, from frame to front end would be a great help, Thanx, Rick & Derrick, Moncton N.B. Canada. gbannister0108@rogers.com

Welcome to the site Rick Mac. Good to hear you and your son are building cars together. You will both remember these times together forever.

Lots of info and opinions here including tons of stuff to help you build a T bucket. To get the most out of the site check out the Knowledge Base and use the search function for quick answers to your questions. As well check out the Project Journals for info and inspiration. Several members are building T buckets and you should check out their Project Journals.

Here are a couple of links and if you look through the Index of Journals you will find more:

Here is one off site:

Here is a link to the Technical pages of The National T Bucket Alliance website. You may want to join them.

Total Performance, Sprint and California Custom Roadsters all have kits and even assembly manuals on line. Make sure you go to several rod runs to check out the different bodies available and get one that will fit you and your son.

Glad to have you here and enjoy the site.

Rick & Son,

Welcome to the site. One small hint...you may want to edit and remove your email addy from your post. There are automated software programs that search forums like this for email addresses and then you get on a huge spam list. If anyone needs to contact you from HR.Com, they can send you a PM (Private Message) and you will be notified by email that you have a message.
