Tach help.

I have the autogage tach tat is for use with 4 6 or 8 cyl. engines. Well i forgot what position what switch goes in to make it for a v8. anyone have a idea?

I'd say all the way to the right, just a guess tho...you can eliminate the center as this will be 6, so that just leaves 4 and 8...one way it will be right the other in error.If right isn't correct, then set it left.

if it runs 4-6-8 then switch it to one side. run the car and, theoretically, if it is set on the 4cyl setting you'll be idling too high, if it's set correctly it will look normal. just an idea.
