Brian, please stick to writing about body repair. I don't want to see you doing freelancing work for redbook. Pretty sad day when I am reading relationship advice from a body man. LOL
Sorry, but if I had a choice to go out to a movie with a cute little chick or watch a metal working video with barry and his wife and you guys, I would choose going to the movie. Maybe things change once your married. I've never treated anyone bad, but my experience with women has been the ones you don't put on a pedestal are the ones that give you less grief and are there for you.
Now I got to find a girlfriend again, as much as they can be a pain in the arse at times, it not much fun without one. It gets even harder to find someone when you get older. Most of my friends are married off now.
Okay enough of this, back to car talk please.

Whoa there Kenseth, don't make me write a "Basics" on dating and finding a woman to marry!

This "Basics" is how to TREAT your lady (I assume she is a "lady", she could simply be a "woman") that you already are commited to.

It is to late to do anything else but put her on a pedestal. Now, dating, THAT is a whole different story.

You NEVER put her on a pedestal while dating. In fact, it is just the oposite, you try to knock her off the pedestal. If you can try to knock her off the pedestal and she never falls (like my wife) THEN is when you have a keeper.

46-

I had the pleasure of working with Dutch Comstock (another metal guru from metalmeet) the week of Nov. 7th.

The "Master" showed me how to use the shrinking wheel on my '39 that we were chopping. UNBELIEVABLE! It went from lumpy to dead flat in a matter of minutes.

Dutch's grinder is definately man sized though. My arms were dead in a short time. This is a good case for a Harbor Freight grinder. MUCH lighter!

SIDE NOTE:
Harbor Freight & Astro have a set of electronic earmuffs that cancel noise over 85 db. These are a MUST when shrinking. This is NOT something you want to do at 11:30 at night, or your neighbors will be calling the cops!

I have a couple of pairs of OSHA approved ear muffs that have a radio in them! I would go crazy at work listening to mexican music if it weren't for my connection with the outside world thru talk radio.

I'm noticed there are several to choose from and I'm assuming it's the generic "How To" one rather than the Austin or Ford one's?
Sorry, Just want the RIGHT one.
Looks like ANY would be worth THAT price.
35.00 for a GOOD DVD is CHEAP.

I am using a "friction system" from SunChaser tools. It came with a monster 15 amp grinder (mans size) and the disc. I am using it more and more at work on the late model import stuff even. I just knocked out a dent on a door of a Scion xB this morning in a few minutes. I can't wait to get the DVD to REALLY learn how to use the thing.

Brian,

You should call him. This guy will happily share his knowledge with you, its refreshing to talk to a business owner today that will do that!

I get so sick of these companies answering their e-mails 2-4 weeks later or not returning calls and worse not having a clue what the heck their talking about.
Why would they have a web site if they don't bother to check emails?

I just wasted 2 hours meeting with a company that was suppose to be here two weeks ago and I swear I knew more about foam systems then he did and I know jack.

He's a great guy!

Wray just uses different "Search" words for Ebay's sake. Wray only has one video out (so far!).

Barry-
Wrays biggest worry was "The Snooze Factor". Like most instructional videos, they have a tendancy to conquer insomnia. I heard Wray's was one of the FEW that DIDN'T put you to sleep. How'd he do in that aspect?

Man, if I had $10.00 for every video that I fell asleep while watching, I could buy the wife a diamond ring so she would stop teasing me about falling asleep while watching videos.....
I literally had to watch one video in 10 minute segments to get through it!

There were a few spots that were boring but the upside to that was he did this video so a new guy would understand everything. I liked that!
In other words you do not need 70 years of experience to understand what was going on.

This tape I think would teach a new guy more than he could learn at a six month tech school.

The shrinking disc that I have and have not used yet amassed me.
I'm taking it to bed with me every night just so I know where its at.
Of all times to have a vette in the garage, just bad timing.

Thanks guy's. I'll get mine ordered.

I could use ALL the help I can get on my projects as I can bend & cut metal and work out "most" dents but my "finishing" skill's need some help.

Barry, Bring that thing with you IF you come thru ARK and we'll hammer on the 69 'BEE with it. Yeah, I'm FINALLY going to get started on IT.

Well, I hope it got ordered, just found out my PayPal was screwed up.
Should be fixed, but who knows.
