Target 350 engine
 

I just bought a 71 Chevy Fleetside with a "target" crate 350. It's only about 2 years old. Can anyone tell me about these engines? Will regular 350 parts bolt up to this engine. I understand they are or were assembled in Mexico. This is a very strong 350 motor. Thanks for any help.

yep, everything interchanges. You are correct on them assembled in mexico, and there quality control on them is less than outstanding, there known to be crack prone.
