TBI to Carb conversion
Hey everyone,
My brother in law locked up my 350 in my 1977 Chevy Silverado last year. Through some horse trading, I picked up a good running TBI engine from a '91 Suburban. However, the trade did not include the wiring or the computer. I removed the throttle body and intake and picked up an Edelbrock 2104 on Ebay. I plan to reuse the HEI distributor and Quadrajet as they both had recent rebuilds prior to the engine failing. My questions are related to fuel delivery: 1. How much fuel pressure does the engine need? 2. What type of electric fuel pump/pressure regulator is the best for this application? Thank you in advance for your help! |

Thanks, guys. Called my local NAPA store and they have a pump in stock for $55. Gonna pick it up tomorrow.
