TCI All American Shocks & Chassis

HELP !!!!
I am putting my '31 TCI chassis back together after powdercoat (hides my less than pretty welds). The coilover springs have an orange and green code on them and supposedly are 250# pieces. This would be about right for a '31 with a '32 gas tank hanging off the rear like I have. Are these indeed 250# springs? TCI have been less than responsive?

Also, what are the torque values for the 4 bar bolts and the various IFS bolts. I have asked TCI 3 times and haven't gotten answers

Are they TCI springs? I know I have some Aldins that have those same sort of markings. Aldin is very helpful, they repaired one that I bent at NO cost only shipping. They are an awesome company to deal with.

Springs

My guess is that they were probably made by whoever makes them for Alden and installed on the TCI All American shock. They are a 'standard' progressive spring 3.5" dia by 10 to 11" long. They were also supposed to be powdercoated but thinner softenens the paint.

But, who knows? It's like Wilwood brakes - they have several different pad vendors as well. My fronts are by one mfr and the backs by another - and supposedly the same compound
