Sorry about you bad luck, i found this on another site thought you might want to read this. TCI chassis http://www.classicshoptalk.com/steer...all-apart.html .in case the link don't work here is what they did for this guy. I bought a TCI front end with a power rack. The rubber mounting bushings started to fall apart within months and really look like heck after a year. I bought a second front end and these bushings are now polyurethane.

{I just called TCI and they are SENDING ME A SET OF POLY BUSHINGS at no charge. }

You know they are bound to have replacement bushings for these parts. JMO
