Post Technical support for upgrading a gas guzzler

I am about to put Iron Eagle Dart heads on to my 383 stroker engine. They feature 230cc Int. and 72cc combustion chambers with 2.05/1.60 valves. I am going with a roller cam this time and it is .050"@ 230int./238ex. LIFT .539" intake/.558 exhaust. Can anyone here tell me what I can expect from this set up or is it too much for a SBC. I am looking for lots of torque and horsepower from this set up.
