here is what i have.i bought a 87 iroc-z 350 tpi.im 35.33 when i bought the car.i loved them when i was a kid.my favorite is 67-69.cant afford one right now.when i bought the car i new NOTHING about what makes a car fast.so i started studing.it would cost to much imo to make the tpi FAST so i had the bottom rebuilt and sealed power flat top short skirt pistons put in.heads ported ,and shaved ,3angle valve job,professional products intake idle-5500rpm ,holly singe line 600cfm.the car gained a lot more mid-high torque.but it still wasn't right.i put in LT4 HOT CAM ,218in-228ex@.50-525in525ex-112lobe, lunati 7.920 pushrods ,procomp 1.6 stainless steel full roller rockers,procomp190cc heads,summit racing 600cfm carb,re-jetted 50cc accelerator pump,accel super coil,msd 8.5 wires,hooker shorty headers,dynomax 2.25 full ex.i still need to rebuild trans,and rear end. car is MUCH faster then when i bought it.but i would love to here what u guys think,and advise on what i have and what to do.my next move is the professional products air-gap rpm knock off1500-6500rpm,and 670cfm holly street avenger.how much hp,torque do u say its making? please help thanks ps can a 7.5-7.65 rear-end be built strong?
