Tex Racing Transmission

hello guys there's a tex racing 4 speed for sale for a reasonable price, i've seen on other threads that all those trannys are clutch less and this guy said that i do need the clutch to up-shift. also are all of them straight cut gears? what are the differences between the 2002 and 2008 models?

any advise to check before buying it?

Get some model numbers and contact GForce Transmissions. 'The guy' may be misinformed about what he has. GForce is who sells the T101a (and others) now
