Sounds like the beginning of a joke

I live in Austin. I have two projects that need to be stripped. The first one is a 66 Bonneville that is naked as can be ready for a dip tank - which I was going to do when I was in SoCal, but didn't get the time or money. Now its with me in TX and I'm back to trying to find some stripping options.

I have heard the horror stories about dip tanks, but I think I'm OK with that. I'm replacing the floor boards and most of the other seams are exposed for cleaning very well before body work commences, so I'm still interested in the acid strip.

Also keen on some kind of blasting.

I did several google searches and I must not be doing the right search. I did find www.stripyourcar.com which is a franchise company that does soda blasting, but oddly enough all the reps I called blatantly said that they don't do cars, just municipal graffiti removal and such. mumbles to self: then why is the website called "strip your car dot com?"

Anyway... Its on a trailer and I don't mind driving a bit, but don't want to take it to Chicago or anything. I'm thinking 3-4 hour radius?

Anyone know of some options for blasting or dipping in that realm?

You know Mike, Saturday I spent 6 hours in the waiting room at a ford dealer, while they were doing work on my wifes car under an "unwritten warranty" applied only if you know about it and *****. four of those hours I sat with a stripper, that was getting the lock fixed on her F150 from a break in at work, man the time just flew by!!

I cant think of anyone that had go to the dealer and DIDNT get screwed.I'll bet you didnt have one bill left though.... sounds like that would be a great new gimmik though.
Isn't Shine a pimp on the side and got that nick name for his flashy way of dressing ?
I only know one stripper (my friends wife) thats one too many...They played a little joke on me ,him and I went to a strip club and had a couple beers...Now,I only met her once and she was a real good looking girl (hotttt) but I didnt know she was a stripper...Well,when she came out and I recognized her ,Of coarse I got embarrassed ,I was starring at my buddies naked wife....she knew right away how embarrassed I was and kept coming closer and closer (so I could get a good look) she must have thought I forgot my glasses because her (Ta ta's) were brushing against my eye brows.....They got me good...All I could do was act like I missed the whole show because I wasnt wearing my glasses but we had fun ,they knew I didnt wear glasses..
I dont know how Ole Shine does it keeping up with all those strippers,just knowing one is bad enough for a normal man.

My wife's best friend was a "roadie" for a couple of strippers.We are talking TOURING Porn stars! Well when I was a paint rep we had a training center in Reno Nv and there are a few strip clubs there. I used to HAVE TO go because I would bring customers to them. My wife's friend comes home from a tour (nation wide!) and is sitting in my living room telling us about the shows and it is some SUPER rouchy stuff! I am sitting there looking at my wife going "I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A STRIP CLUB WHERE ANYTHING LIKE THAT HAPPENED, HONEST!" She had some WILD stories! All I can say is there are REALLY stupid guys out there! They will pay PILES of money for a private show NO TOUCH. I mean PILES of money.
