TH 350 leak
Have a leak in a TH-350 tranny i think might be the kick down cable? Is it necessary to run the kick down cable or can i block it off?? I had the same leaking spot and the same amt in my last tranny-so I thought buying a new one would fix it ----WRONG---there has to be some answer for this. Should i silacone the area of the kickdown cable before installing the cable itlself?? I need some help with this one.

IF you are using a cable with the rubber sealing sleeve...... the sleeve must be installed into the case first. then the cable end is lubed up and pushed into the sealing sleeve. then bolt down cable IF you install the rubber sleeve onto the cable first, then attempt to push the cable into the case .... it will leak every time.
