JJ,
What type of rebuild are you doing? Stock, mild performance/towing, or more race oriented?
There are some decent deals on Ebay for kits but I would recommend getting Borg Warner frictions and new steels, so be sure the kit has these items.
PM me and I might be able to help you.

I ordered the master kit form oregan performance transmission off ebay and it was an excellent kit. Complete with cluthes, steels, band, modulator (adj), gaskets and bushings. The frictions were Borg Warner and the band was raybestos. A+ transaction also. Hope this helps.

I rebuilt my th350 myself and it works great hope this helps.
