Post TH-350 return line

can someone please tell me which line is the return line on a TH350?? Just had it rebuilt and want to plumb it back to the radiator as it had been just hooked to a trans. cooler only and would now like to use both.

I realize that it's nice to know which line is the output and which is input, but regardless of how it's connected to the cooler, wouldn't it still work?

Yes but you generally want it to enter the cooler at the radiators hottest point and exit at its coolest. Since the hottest antifreeze enters the radiator at the top, on a crossflow radiator I would flow the trans fluid in the top and out the bottom fitting where the coolants temp is lower.

Right on dm! Also if he's using an external cooler, he will want to make sure the fluid flows through it last before returning to the tranny.
