th 400 out of a 75 Camper special

i got a th 400 out of a 75 Chevy camper special. i need a yoke for it. the transmission has thread for a bolt on yoke. do i have to still use a bolt on one or just find one that will fit it? im putting it in to a 1966 el camion. where is a good web page that i can find one? thanks for read my post

Passenger car will interchange. You may need to use a conversion U-joint depending on how/what your driveshaft has. E-bay for new or used yoke.

That yoke is from a truck with a 2 piece driveshaft.
Shaft slip movment in these trucks was in the middle.

Cannot even use the truck yoke in the Elky

it will leak tranny fluid thru the bolt hole

And you cannot use the bolt 'cause the trans is where the driveshaft must slip on the Elky.


What that Elky really needs is a Tremec

I have one in my 59 and the 66 Elkys

just need an ordinary 32 sline yoke from a car or one piece shaft truck driveshaft
