TH 400 Tail shaft Bushing ID Size

Drive shaft yoke OD measures 1.885
Tail Shaft ID Measures 1.894

Trans was just rebuilt.
Could this .009 clearance be the cause of my Bad Drive shaft vibration?

I'm Not an expert but shouldn't this be more like .002 clearance.

Note:
New Balanced drive shaft
Yoke has no wear marks
