TH350 or 700R4??

I was just wondering which would be a better transmission, im am building a 377 stroker on a dual stage. im having a mosier 9" with 3.42's put in, lol, idk if any of that matters. but i want this car to at least be able to drive on the street, b/c its going to be a weekend/weeknight racers and i will be driving it alot on the highways, so i was leaning more twoards the 700R4 but dont know if it will hold the power.. what do ya'll think?

Personally, I'd use the TH350. your 3:42 gears would keep your cruising rpm's down somewhat from a 4:11 or the like. i suppose you could build a 700r4 to hold the power but its more costly.
