Th350 C2?

Hi I have a 1973 built th350, which has both BOP and chev patterns on bellhousing. It has C2 written in big under lined letters at top of bell housing. Does any one know what this means? I can't find any info on it in my th350 (Ron Sessions) book. Also how common are these multipattern th350s? I haven't seen one before.

Hummmm!!!!! Never really thought about that, But i have seen it on several trans though, I don't think the duel patterns has anything to do with it though because i have seen it on the standard pattern for chevy. Did you google it?

Thanks Cole. Yeah I did do a google, and got a lot of results about corvettes that have th350s in them lol. So thought I'd ask people here. It's not really important, I'm just curious/trying to learn more about them.

I have "almost" the same trans; only mine has C 1, and underlined as you describe. I'm curious about the number of clutches in the different packs. Do you, or anyone else know? I'm just trying to get everything I need BEFORE I tear it down. I was "told" it was in a "van", but that's all I know about it, or if it's even the truth. It has the same vari-fit type bellhousing, is clean, and painted silver, making me believe it was a recent rebuild before I got it. I'm just hoping it has the "bigger" clutch packs.
