Th350 Governor

Can A Governor Cause The Clutch's In The Direct To Burn And No Others.all Seals Looked Good,cant Figure Out Why They Burned.any Suggestions Would Help

first i have some questions,did u test drive it? and was it full of fluid,did sealing rings hold tight in drum did u have end play in input shaft,how many cluch nfrictions do u have in that drum,did it shift from 1st-2nd-3rd,or did it take off in 3rd ?

I am rebuilding it now.It was driving fine then all of a sudden it had no forward gears.I am scared to put it back in truck because i cant figure out what cause the direct clutch to burn,don't want it to happen again.All seals and gaskets look in perfect shape.The only thing i could find wrong besides the burnt clutch is the valve in the Governor is stuck.
