I chased a leak on mine for 6 months check your speedo cable it will drip down catch the trans pan and stop at the shifter seal when it is parked. there are 2 different speedo bullets which is what the speedo cable is attached to, by a retaining clip for the th350 I changed mine to the bullet style and the leak stopped. I replaced the pan gasket and the shift shaft seal twice. but in my case it was the speedo bullet. When it was parked the trans fluid would run forward and when I would drive it the wind would blow it back which made me think it was trans pan gasket or shift seal
