Th350 modulator valve
In my 70 chevelle, the trans is shifting way sooner than id like it to, however if i disconnect the vacuum line from the modulator valve, it shifts exactly where id like it to. My question is, can i do damage to the tranny by having the vacuum disconnected? i wouldnt think so but i wanted to ask anyways. I may try an adjustable modulator, but for now will i do damage? thanks in advance. Dan.

I am not sure but I think damage can be caused by disconnecting I do know your modular can be adjusted inside the hole where tubing is connected Small flathead , screw counterclock wise two to four rotations then drive to see if it is where you like
