Yep Ivo, You just don't see that body style Monte everyday not even here in the good old USA . So if you really like it keep it and finish it they make really nice rides my mom had one several years ago really nice car IMO.

I, too, had one similar to yours, a '79. Maroon even, but no vinyl top on it. Mine had a 267, though.
I put a LOT of miles on that car, sold it for a '79 Malibu 2-door Classic, but that's another story (and another 267)...
