Th360

I built 388 stroker for my c10 but i dont know if my tranny is gonna work for ir?I have a th350 with lock up converter in my 85c10, can someone give me some advice?

I would go with a TH400 if your not looking for OD I have a TH400 in my 39 coupe that came out of an old bread truck for 1972 did a filter and fluid and a adjustable modulator valve& I beat it up all the time and no issues what so ever.. you would have to change the DS yoke.

Im planing to stay with a 350 but I don't reAlly know what size converter should I get

I think we could all help more if we knew more about the engine and the vehicle. Engine mods? Weight? Rear gear ratio? I think this'd really help.

If this 350 trans was beefed up it might hold up ( my opinion ) If you have the stock rear 7 1/2" that won't hold up too long with any abuse a 8 1/2 " could .

My engine is a388 stroker with Vortec heads and a eagle rotating assembly with 9.1compression, edelbrock intake 7516 and a 600cfm edelbrock carb., it also has 373 posi gears
