TH400 vaccum line on right side of tranny

Hey Guys, I was under my roadster that has a GM350 and TH400 tranny and noticed what appears to be an disconnected vaccum? line on the right/forward portion of the tranny. Is this vaccum, static pressure, or vent line or what else may it be?

If it's located where the arrow indicates below, it's a vent. If you're talking about the vacuum modulator, it has to have manifold vacuum supplied to it.
