Fuel mileage could be close to my torque motor with the EFI instead of a carb. The plan is to have a ride with good street manners including a good idle, mid 20's for mpg on the highway, over 1.02 G cornering, and still rip a mid 9 second ET. Since the EFI 427 has 140 hp more than the 355 that turned a 10.8, and the car weighs 1790 lbs where an additional 140 hp will make a big difference, I believe I'm on track (no pun intended) for my idea of the "Swiss Army Knife" of hot rods.
That is all I want, 25 mpg, 1.02G cornering, good street manners, and mid 9's. Then I will finally be done.
