Thanks for the 383 Stroker info

Just picked up a 1980 Chevy Custom Deluxe pickup with a 6" lift and overall it is a stout rig. For the heck of it I made sure the transfer case and front diff were in good shape and yes, they were. I had the rear end re-done just to make sure things were good. The 350 in it is a bit weak and sick and I am going to give it what it needs...A 383 Stroker. What great comments you people had to say about the stroker which quashed any reservations I had about getting this done! So, for my first visit here, I want to thank you 383 Stroker supporters. You really helped me make my decision easier. Any of you good people out there have any good info, tricks ,comments about the 1980 Custom Deluxe, I would gladly read and appreciate your comments! Thanks!!
