thanks for the help
I talk to my states insurance commissioner and he said there isn't much I can do except get a lawyer for a long drawn out battle. The company that is doing the repair said the will back up all there work for as long as I own the car. I will also be getting a depreciation check on what has bean lost. Thanks for everyones input
