thanks hotrodders community!

Hey all,

I wanted to take a moment and thank all of the knowledgeable and helpful folks on here who have helped me over the last few years to get my project car finished. I have had this car in my garage for about the last five years. This was my first project car and start to finish, I did it on my own - even painted it in the garage. I can say that without a doubt, if it were not for the help and advice from people on this forum, my car would surely be sitting in the garage for another five! I hit the street this week in the car and it was such a rush!!!

Thanks again to everyone who helped me get this thing done! I attached a picture of the car. There's a couple little details left but it's basically done.

74(ish) Chevy Nova

Wow! That turned out really nice! Body looks perfectly straight too!

Sharp car!
I've owned several Nova's over the years, have a soft spot for them.
Did you do the 68-72 front and rear conversions?

Yah, the kid is 6 and he already wants it! I did the front conversion and pushed in the rear bumper. I know the purists hate that, but I'm happy with it.

To heck with the "purists" lets' face it the 74 ain't as easy on the eye as a 69! Your Nova is PERFECT, absolutely PERFECT if you ask me, great job!
