Assumiing you have no spark, 4 pin HEI. I am sure there is a test, but its just as easy to check the other components. 12 V at the B+ terminal. Ohm test the pickup coil and check the windings for broken wire. Ohm test the ignition coil for continuity. Check your rotor for burn through at the coil tab. If all test good, put a Module in it.
