Never mind I got it. The trick is one side of the diff. has a big hole and the springs for the posi unit are about 2 inches apart. You can see the spyder gear and even the space where the thrust washer goes. But Nooooooooo it wont go in there. You have to rotate it 180 degrees where the springs are 3/4 inch apart and you can barely see the gear and cant see the space where it goes at all. I used a screw driver and a torquex bit ( it has a flat end to push with) and pushed it right in place and then dropped the pin in to hold it all in place. Will have to polich the rear end cover tomorrow. This job took way too long.
