Tilt 'Glass Body
Hi folks-
I'm building a 'glass body '37 Topolino street rod. The body is a race shell, no doors. I'd like to do a tilt-up body, as I'm sure hopping in and out thru the roof will get old pretty quick. My question is, what sort of gas strut/dampener application would work here? The body is probably about 50 lbs. right now, and I would hinge it at the back, so leverage would be a factor as well. Any ideas? Thanks Paul
