Tilt steering column is loose?
Hey Guys, I have a 67 Elky, it has the tilt steering wheel, but it is loose. I have read on the forums there are 4 bolts deep inside the column that need to be tightened. I'd rather not do this myself. What type of shop would I take this to for this sort of problem?

I just took mine apart so I could paint it. I used these instructions: http://www.fieros.de/en/articles/steering.html It wasn't all that hard to do, just take your time and don't stress out. Mine was already out of the car and probably took four hours to take it apart and back together. I couldn't bring myself to pay a shop to do this, four hours at a $100 per, no thanks. I say DIY and get one more hot rod experience on your resume'.
