time to build the 350

hi I have a 1976 corvette completely stock 400 turbo trans stock 350 I would like to go with the 383 kit what is a good one to start with I would like to make 600 to 700 horse I don't drive the car all that much I have a spare engine to build for it I have about $15,000 to spend and want it to be just bad *** big cam lope choppy idle I don't know a lot about cars but want to get into it so any help would be awesome good stroker kit cam I have airgap intake holly 850 double pumper and nitro express can shoot 100 125 or 150shot please help thanks

I would love to put a blower on it like an 8-71 i know its a tall order but it can be done and i wanna stick with the 350 with a 383 stroker kit
