timeing a 383 stroker

Hey all please help if ya can. I'm brand new the hotroding world and car motors. I've recently got a 72 chevy truck with a 383 stroker motor in it, and i can't get it to fire. I set the firing order up to waht a norm small block 350 would be but it still doesn't work ant sugestion would be very helpful. thanks hg

is it getting spark?

if so may be a fuel pproblem

does it have an ECM?
