timing on 350

I have a 1999 tahoe and just changed out the gaskets on the head. Everything is going fine and I'm at the point of putting the distribtor back on the engine. How do I get the timing right

If its a 350 like it says in the subject line... just search this website for things like:

350 timing
sbc timing
chevy v8 timing

A company called Boxwrench makes some very informative how to videos that are free on youtube.com

Find TDC #1, have you set the rockers yet?
