Timing Chain

I have a 1979 Chevy 350. i replaced the cam with a stock replacement. does it matter if i use a single roller chain, or a double roller chain? I accidentally purchased a double roller chain.

The double roller is the best way to go so keep it.

the double roller is a perf. piece and better than stock.use it.
