Tinting Hot Rod Black with 2k primer?

Is it safe to tint the eastwood hot rod black with the martin senour crossfire 15222 2k primer? he wants to make the hot rod black a little less black. i'm pretty sure that the 15222 is a urethane primer (the tds doesn't say). it does not require a sealer when sanded with p600. the ratio will be very low, probably something like 1:100 primer:black.

primer

have you tried zero rust primer? this is the best out there. it requires only a hand tool to existing rust and also zero rust prep, it is a powder mixed with water and it will condition the metal to ph6 perfect for painting, ****************** for more info, i am the distributor is you want to purchase

I don't think I would like to try that as I believe the Eastwood is acrylic enamel..those 2 materials would not do well together..+ making black lighter can be a bt hard to do..if you have some Eastwood white now that could work..
