Tip for working around the car with an airhose:

This may have been posted before, but here's an idea for you. (I read this back in the 80's somewhere)

Save a set of old brake shoes, rinse them off and lay them flat on the floor up against your tires as your car sits on the floor. This way, as you walk around the car dragging your air hose, the hose will easily slide around the shoes rather than get hung up under the tires.

You'll like it. At first it's a pain to remember them and get them out each time, but if you are primering or painting they are great.

Whats the fun in that? Then I wouldn't snap the air hose tight and slap a 1/2" wide diagonal stripe in my freshly painted quarter panel!

i work for sears as a tech in the autocenter...just started there recently, everyone keeps telling me that i dont wanna work there because since k mart bought out sears the company policies have been getting worse and worse. one tech has been there for 33 years when k mart and sears merged he lost a week of vacation and 2 sick days, nice huh?
